* YourĀ membership fee covers access to special pricing, butĀ workshops still need to be booked and paid for separately.
* MembershipsĀ cannot be paused.
* Once your membership ends, youāll be chargedĀ regular pricesĀ for any workshops you book.
* Registration is first come, first serveāwe cannot overbook.
* No refunds or creditsĀ for unused membership time.
* SuppliesĀ cannot be taken homeĀ to complete projects.
* No credit or refundsĀ for broken projects or outcomes that donāt turn out as expected.
* Memberships areĀ non-transferable.
* Special introductory pricing isĀ only available while supplies last.
* Your renewal will be charged at theĀ regular rateĀ at the time of renewal. Memberships auto renew at the end of the term.

Member Responsibilities
* Set up and clean up your own workspace at workshops.
* Follow instructions carefully to ensure everyoneās safety and experience.
* Help keep the studio clean and organized for others.
Respect is Everything
* Treat staff, fellow members, and the studio with kindness and respect.
* Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour = immediate removal and membership cancellation (with no refund).
* In serious cases, such as violence or threats, police will be contacted.
Ā Note: Our studios are equipped with cameras for everyone's safety.

Workshop Projects
* New projects are released every month.
* Monthly workshops are announcedĀ at least one month in advance.
* Class availability on & offerings will change & vary based on interest and minimum registration numbers.
