If I register with friends, do they get the member pricing?

Yes! As a member, you can register up to 11 guests for workshops (12 people total) to join you at the member rate. The member must be the one to register and must attend the workshop.

Group Pricing Note:
Special pricing applies in groups of 4. For example:

  • 1 for $25
  • 2 for $35
  • 3 for $45
  • 4 for $55

How do I register for a workshop after I become a member?

  • Make sure you are logged in, the register as usual!
  • The member discounts apply in the cart, you won't see your member pricing until then.

Then, the deal resets for every 4 people.


* Membership is a 1-year commitment.
* Your membership fee covers access to special pricing, but workshops still need to be booked and paid for separately.
* Memberships cannot be paused.
* Once your membership ends, you’ll be charged regular prices for any workshops you book.
* Registration is first come, first serve—we cannot overbook.
* No refunds or credits for unused membership time.
* Supplies cannot be taken home to complete projects.
* No credit or refunds for broken projects or outcomes that don’t turn out as expected.
* Memberships are non-transferable.
* Special introductory pricing is only available while supplies last.
* Your renewal will be charged at the regular rate at the time of renewal. Memberships auto renew at the end of the term.

Welcome to our Whitby art studio community! We're all about kindness, creativity, and collaboration. To keep the vibe positive and the space safe, please keep in mind:

Member Responsibilities

* Set up and clean up your own workspace at workshops.
* Follow instructions carefully to ensure everyone’s safety and experience.
* Help keep the studio clean and organized for others.

Respect is Everything

* Treat staff, fellow members, and the studio with kindness and respect.
* Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour = immediate removal and membership cancellation (with no refund).
* In serious cases, such as violence or threats, police will be contacted.

 Note: Our studios are equipped with cameras for everyone's safety.

Workshop Projects

* New projects are released every month.
* Monthly workshops are announced at least one month in advance.
* Class availability on & offerings will change & vary based on interest and minimum registration numbers.

Q: What if I need to cancel my booking?
A: Open your confirmation email and click the "View/Change Booking" button to make changes or cancel your booking.
