drop-off → you can arrive up to 5 minutes before class starts.
pick-up → please come anytime in the last 5 minutes before class ends.
different pick-up person? → let the instructor know at drop-off if someone else will be picking up your child.
older kids walking home? → please also let us know at drop-off if your child has permission to leave on their own.

✨ thanks for helping us start and end the day on time — it keeps the whole studio running like a well-oiled paintbrush.

cancellations → we do not offer refunds at any time. if you need to cancel, we can issue a 30-day credit (to be used on future camps or classes) if you let us know at least 2 weeks before class starts. less than 2 weeks’ notice = no credit.
late pick-up → please be on time. late pick-ups may result in a fee ($25/20 min/child) — and a very grumpy instructor.
drop-off only → parents don’t stay during class — kids get the most out of it when they’re fully on their own.
finished artwork → most pieces take about 2 weeks to be glazed or fired. we can hold finished artwork for up to 2 months only. please pick up by this time.
